Take Part in our Eco Re-Fills Trial:

Promoting sustainability is a big part of our ethical values and we are well aware of the pressing need to reduce single use-plastic for the future of our planet. We already encourage our suppliers to consider their packaging materials, do what we can to minimize waste, and welcome you returning your empty Overton Farm egg boxes and the card wrappers from any of our Magpie and Jay Cards for the suppliers to re-use.

We are though keen to be able to do more, so with this in mind we need your help in trialling our ability to offer a re-fills option on some of the products we stock, starting with Bio D washing-up liquid. So please do get involved by collecting your empty 750ml Bio D bottles and returning them to us so we can get them filled back up for the next customers orders. Feel free to hand them to a driver when you receive your next delivery – as “goop”-free (cleaned) as you can do it!

Please note it is unlikely that your original bottles will be returned back to you when you order your Bio D with us as a re-fillable.

Reminder of COVID Safety Measures For Collections:

We are keen to remind customers that for those who choose to collect your orders from our Trinity Rooms Hub, rather than select our delivery option, that we have a strict COVID policy in place that is vital to be followed.

Please arrive between 12.15-12.45 (unless you have been contacted separately with a 5 minute slot) to collect your order from the door of the porch, up the steps, keeping to the LEFT hand side of the Trinity Rooms while facing the building. This is important to follow so that the right side remains free for our deliveries and drivers.

Please also remember to queue in a safely distanced (with a minimum of 2 meters please) whilst wearing a mask when you are making your collection and returning any empty Stroudco boxes and bags from previous orders. You will NOT need to enter the hall to collect your order. There is parking on the nearby streets for those who need it.

The regulations we have in place are for your safety as well as our own and we implore you to follow them correctly and sensibly. We thank you for helping us all stay safe by abiding by these essential COVID guidelines that are key to us being able to offer collections as a part of our services.
